Our open exhibition management system

Running an open exhibition is a great way to engage with established or new audiences, and can make a great fundraising scheme, but managing the process is time-consuming and laborious.  Call2Exhibit greatly reduces the burden by handling the whole process from call for submissions to final selection - all managed through a web browser.

How it works

We have taken the processes involved in a competition and incorporated them into a web application. This application, Call2Exhibit, contains the following features:

  • Promotion website - recruiting the audience
  • Sign up process for those submitting work
  • Media management - handling the image/audio/video files uploaded
  • Payment processing for paid competitions
  • Contact management
  • Group support - for community groups, clubs etc
  • Judging process
  • Email communications with entrants and wider audiences
  • Display of submissions in online galleries
  • Output of submissions into other formats - for example to create printed catalogue or in-gallery slide show
