Our open exhibition management system
Running an open exhibition is a great way to engage with established or new audiences, and can make a great fundraising scheme, but managing the process is time-consuming and laborious. Call2Exhibit greatly reduces the burden by handling the whole process from call for submissions to final selection - all managed through a web browser.
How it works
We have taken the processes involved in a competition and incorporated them into a web application. This application, Call2Exhibit, contains the following features:
- Promotion website - recruiting the audience
- Sign up process for those submitting work
- Media management - handling the image/audio/video files uploaded
- Payment processing for paid competitions
- Contact management
- Group support - for community groups, clubs etc
- Judging process
- Email communications with entrants and wider audiences
- Display of submissions in online galleries
- Output of submissions into other formats - for example to create printed catalogue or in-gallery slide show
